What problems should be paid attention to in the maintenance of colloid mill?
(1) Check the colloid mill pipe and joints for looseness. Turn the colloid mill by hand to see if the colloid mill is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
(3) Unscrew the water-spiding screw plug of the colloid mill pump body and pour the water (or the slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the outlet pipe and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Jog the motor and check if the motor is turning correctly.
(6) Start the motor. When the colloid mill is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, and then display the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
(7) Try to control the flow rate and head of the colloid mill within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the colloid mill runs at the highest efficiency point to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
(8) During the running process of the colloid mill, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80C.
(9) If it is found that the colloid mill has abnormal sound, stop it immediately and check the cause.
(10) When the colloid mill is to be stopped, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(11) In the first month of work, the colloid mill will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then change the oil once every 500 hours.
(12) Frequently adjust the packing gland. Shanghai Zhengao Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. guarantees that the drip leakage in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make a drip leak).
(13) Regularly check the wear of the bushings and replace them in time after the wear is large.
(14) When the colloid mill is used in the cold winter season, after parking, the water plug of the lower part of the pump body should be unscrewed to release the medium. Prevent freezing cracks.
(15) For long-term disabling of the colloid mill, it is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, wipe off the moisture, and apply the grease to the rotating part and the joint, and store it properly.
