Operation principle
Rotor pump 15 also named rotary lobepump,three 一 lobe pump , sole pump,etc .Whenthe 2 slmultaneous reverse rotatlng rotors (wlth2- 4 gears ) revolve,it produces suction forceat the inlet(vacuum),which intakes the materiadellvered.The 2 rotors divide the rotor housinginto many smaller parts and revolve in thesequence of a →b →c → d . When it revolves toposition a,only housing l is fllled withmedium,when it revolves to positlon b , housing B encloses pert of the medlum , When it goesto posltion c,housing. A encloses medium,and finally it goes to posltion d , then housing ABand ll are interlinked and the medlum istransperted to the outlet . As this process isrepeated , medlum(material)is transpor-tedcontinuously
